The Bridgestone Blizzak LM-18 is a performance winter tyre for vans. It was designed to meet hard winterly driving conditIons while being efficient on dry roads. Ideal for luxury sport SUVs (Cura MDX, BMW X5, Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, Volvo XC90 et Chrysler Pacifica). Distinctive directional tread pattern provides outstanding resistance to aquaplaning. This tyre is also fiercely efficient on snow. The rounded tread blocks enhance traction on dry and wet surfaces. Contrary to Blizzak's other winter tyres, based on Multicell blends, the Blizzak LM-18 is composed of blends high in silica. In order to get first rate traction on wet roads, Bridgestone made use of nubs as an alternative to traditional metal spikes. All four tyres have to be fitted at the same time so as to achieve maximum efficiency.
