The Bridgestone Potenza RE070 285/35 R20 100Y DOT 2020 Run Flat is a performance summer tyre developed for the sedans in 2004-2007 such as the Subaru Impreza WRX STI and for sportscars made in 2008-2009 such as the Honda S2000 CR Great handling and optimal grip on dry roads The asymetrical tread pattern helps in improving traction. The semi-slick outboard shoulder blocks and the inboard ribs increase the inital response and the lateral rigidity to prevent uneven wear caused by brutal acceleration.

Very, very performant tire on dry surfaces. It sticks to the road, whether it's new or at the end of its life. In the rain, it performs very well, as long as it's not worn down, it grips very well thanks to the slick-type profile. It's even surprising. The tire is a bit noisy when driving slowly, but that's not what is expected of it! I've always driven with the RE070 for 7 years now and I will continue to do so.

Superb tyres. I use them very sportily in the mountains or on the track; they never reach their limit and always feel secure. They scream but never break away suddenly, and they are far superior to a road sports tyre. I would say they are 30% more efficient than the very good RE050A or Dunlop Sport Maxx TT. Their only weakness is that I only get 4,000 kilometres out of them, compared with 7,000 kilometres with the RE050A. They are even outstanding in the wet, provided there are no deep, thick puddles. I’m now on my fourth set of four and will continue with them.
