The delivered tyres were 2 years and 8 months old. Bandenleader believes that these can be sold as new. Returning them was not an option as it costs €30 per tyre. ANWB maintains a maximum period of 2 years. I have driven very little with them so far. Therefore, I cannot say much about the quality yet.
