The Primacy 4 is a summer tyre for passenger cars, designed to maintain a high level of safety throughout its service life. It stands out for its high wet braking performance, including when the tyre is worn.
Its tread features an optimised pattern combined with a new generation rubber compound, promoting efficient water evacuation. This design helps to limit braking distances on wet roads and reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
The Michelin Primacy 4 is also focused on longevity, with controlled wear that helps maintain consistent performance right up to the last mile. It therefore meets the expectations of drivers looking for a balance between safety, durability and everyday use.
The Primacy 4 tire features a tread with a specific pattern and an innovative and patented rubber blend that gives it enhanced braking and improved grip on wet asphalt.
This tyre is designed to deliver a long service life without compromising overall performance. MaxTouch technology optimises the contact patch with the road to distribute forces more evenly during acceleration, braking and cornering.
This design helps ensure more even wear and enables higher mileage than the previous generation, with up to 20% more distance covered compared with the Michelin Primacy 3. The integrated Michelin wear indicator also makes it easier to identify when the tyres need replacing.
Michelin EverGrip technologies are based on the use of a latest-generation rubber compound combined with a tread pattern specially designed for safety. This combination helps maintain high levels of wet grip and braking performance throughout the tyre’s service life.
The tread design promotes efficient water evacuation, including when the tyre is worn, helping to maintain a consistent level of safety in wet driving conditions.

Delivery arrived perhaps a little late, but without any issues. Tyres: so far, everything is fine.
Impeccable, very good brand.
Perfect handling, low road noise, spot on: they’re Michelins!
Tyres arrived in excellent condition; despite being marked as “DEMO”, they were only one year old. So far, I’m happy with them: they offer secure grip, even if you take a corner a little too fast. They’re also pretty quiet, which is helpful when you use them on a car with poor sound insulation, like a Corsa.
Good-quality tyres, not yet tested in wet weather.
Works well.
Very good handling, low road noise.
You can only say good things about it, excellent even.
The tyres arrived in good condition and had plenty of tread. Delivery could be a bit faster. I would buy my tyres again next time.
Very good overall and environmental performance (rated A for energy consumption), French company. Ideally, manufacturing would also be French, or at least European!
