I am extremely dissatisfied with this order: it was delivered a week later than stated (which was the reason for ordering from Grip500 in the first place). By then, I had already left. Secondly, consistently poor, late and minimal communication from the service staff, and even then, improper. In short: once and never again! I have now had to buy a second set of tyres in order to be able to travel via Germany to Scandinavia, after a week of stress and being strung along in an improper manner by your staff. There is no compensation; the only option offered is to send the tyres back for a refund of €140.
