The simple V pattern extended by transverse grooves makes the X-Privilo S-130 from Tracmax a reliable winter tyre: snow and water are efficiently evacuated, grip is optimised, and so is braking. The staggered longitudinal grooves gather the blocks together for improved stability in corners. The 3D sipes bite into the snow and water to prevent sliding and the risk of aquaplaning.
The 3D high-density steel sheet design improves grip on snowy ground, effectively disperses the water film on the wet road surface, and prevents aquaplaning.
The semi-deep longitudinal drainage groove allows for an effective connection between the blocks, increases their strength, and offers better rotational performance.

The tyre has very good longevity, no deformation, and grips very well on both wet and dry roads. I highly recommend it for its value for money.
After 3,000 km driven on a Mercedes CLK 200 Kompressor (192 hp), there were still 5 mm of usable tread left. Good grip in the wet and on roads with light snowfall. I haven’t tried them in deep snow, but I would definitely buy them again. Do not use them if the outside temperature exceeds 18°C; they really don’t grip much... but then again, they are winter tyres. Grip500: Top!
Tyres not bad, but quite a lot of stones tend to get stuck.
Good tyres, also used on the Duster.
