The front is a 3LC bi-rubber compound (1) with a rigid core and a softer compound on the shoulders to ensure maximum handling and stability at high speeds, and without any sacrifice in service life.

Nice safe tyre. Grippy in wet and dry. Good value for money.

Bridgestone S22 180 55 17, specific tire for the MT09 (single compound), replaced by the universal model. The original tire wore out well beyond the wear indicators in 2900 km, despite the 1600 km break-in period. To its credit, it grips well from the first turn, and performs similarly in the rain. The new multi-compound tire seems to resist wear better. We'll see if it lasts beyond 3000 km??? Regarding Centralepneu, complete and easy-to-use website, very good prices, and delivery within reasonable timeframes. I recommend it.
