Description
Launched in January 2022, the ContiRoadAttack 4 from Continental is the new representative of the Hyper Touring range from Continental, a tire that sits between touring and sport. It possesses all the capabilities of road holding, stability, safety, longevity, and comfort coupled with a rubber compound usually reserved for high-powered motorcycles.
The ContiRoadAttack 4 is reliable in all circumstances. The Continental TractionSkin technology allows the tire to perform from the first few miles (no break-in required). The ends of the tread are slick type, which guarantees precision and grip even with the tightest angles in turns (GripLimitFeedback technology). The harder, more resistant central part ensures the tire's longevity (MultiGrip technology), and temperature control also promotes even wear. The grip is more than satisfactory on wet surfaces (RainGrip technology). Users also appreciate its great maneuverability and agility.

After more than 20 years of using the Pilot Road 1 up to the Pilot Road 6, I finally tried the Road Attack 4. It's a fantastic tire and personally, I prefer riding with it over the Pilot Road. The Pilot Road performs slightly better than the ContiRoadAttack in wet weather conditions, you can lean deeper with it than with the Continental. On the other hand, the Conti steers into corners more easily, the bike does exactly what you want. With the Pilot Road, I sometimes had to make slight adjustments. But the differences are quite small. I can't judge the lifespan yet because the tires have only done 2000 km. With the Michelin Pilot Road 6, I did 12000 km.

Just a great tire

One should not have to think about motorcycle tires during everyday driving, one should not "feel" them (like good shoes) - then the tires are perfect. And that's exactly the case with the continuously evolving Conti Roadattack series - tires that simply work great, no matter the vehicle, road surface and weather - even at temperatures around freezing point. Tires "Sanssouci" - keep it up.

The best tires for fast driving. They warm up very quickly and hold really well. I drive about 7000 - 10000 km a year. The tire lasts about 7000 km in sporty driving.
