I’ve driven about 500 km on this tyre. It feels noticeably quieter, with good road holding on both wet and dry roads.

Hello, I can’t answer your questions. Both tyres were returned to Central Pneus over a week ago: the order was not compliant (one tyre Hankook ION GT SUV IK41A 215/60R17 100V XL and the other Hankook Ventus Prime 4 215/55R17 94). I am waiting for a refund of €236.78. This situation is deplorable given the error in order preparation. Is the customer being penalised by the refund delay?
