Delivery to the address of your choice: you can bring your tyres to one of our partner centres to carry out the fitting service.

Delivery to a fitting station: the partner will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange an appointment and carry out the fitting service.

Order of 4 tyres: 1 mistake out of 4, one tyre is too small! No exchange, only a return is possible. The courier does not provide a return label, they refuse saying that scanning is sufficient and the tyre centre asks us for proof of return. Quite a strange way of doing things! In the meantime, I have the price of a 4x4 tyre that has still not been refunded and the customer service is really not accessible. To be avoided!!!
