Very good tyres, excellent value for money.
Fitted for a trip to Haute-Savoie, not disappointed after the first 1,500 km, done with “easy” driving on cold, salted roads and a few patches of snow. Not very noisy, and fuel consumption remains the same as with the original Goodyear Efficient. Good feel and good grip. We’ll see over the next few weeks when driving on snow...
Very quiet, very comfortable and pleasant to drive. With sporty driving it feels a bit vague, but in return it offers excellent grip on icy roads, snow and wet roads. I’m completely convinced and I’m switching from Bridgestone Blizzak to Kleber. The Blizzak became very noisy towards the end.
Everything is perfect.
Quiet tyre with good grip. The new Michelin tread pattern is good.
Great tyres: quiet and with good grip. And a mention for Centrale Pneus: impeccable delivery, fast and carefully handled. Thanks to them.
I can't rate this tyre because I haven't fitted it on the Kangoo yet.
I’ve been able to test many tyres. I drive on very wet, icy, muddy or snowy country roads. This is by far the best tyre I’ve had: I drive on them all year round, 35,000 km per year, with a front/rear rotation at the start of winter. On snow, the handling is faultless; it has saved me more than once. Excellent value for money.
I haven’t done many kilometres with them yet (around 1,500 km). First, I fitted them to my A4 1.9 FWD because my quattro was in the garage. Now they’re on my 3.0 quattro. I didn’t want to spend too much on winter tyres because I live in the Île-de-France region. I only go to Luxembourg once a month, and I go out at night when there are snow and black ice warnings to spread salt, so they’re useful (but I wasn’t going to spend €200 on Pilot Alpin 5s). Above 10°C, I put the summer tyres back on. Anyway, Kleber is part of Michelin, and since I have two sets of wheels per car, I went for these after seeing the TCS test recommending them in the “Quality” range. I can afford to have two summer sets and two winter sets rather than all-season tyres (which I don’t like). And honestly, you can feel the difference in cold weather. Compared with my Ventus Prime 4 summer tyres on the A4 1.9 and the Pilot Sport 5 on the A4 3.0, they’re much more supple at low temperatures. Suppleness in cold weather… so much more comfort. They hold well on dry roads, and on wet roads too—especially for snow tyres. Nothing to report on icy roads and roads with a bit of snow. I haven’t yet had the chance to drive in a heavy snowfall or really test them. In any case, they’re supple in cold weather, they hold the road and grip well. They’re genuinely quiet. Let’s say I’m not out of my depth compared with the Pirelli winter tyres on the Model S… which are so much more expensive, even in A4 sizes. One day I’ll probably get some Alpin 5s, but honestly the Klebers are very good… especially when you’ve got permanent quattro :)
Fast delivery, soft tyres, good grip on wet roads, less noise than the ones I had before. Pleasant to drive.
