The new durable profile, the sleek design and the resistant blocks of the tread, the sloping pattern of the grooves with steep edges are all ingredients allowing for driving in dry conditions as precise as it is controlled.
Wet Safety Zone: a biting grip on wet roads. The winding grooves are wider at the bottom than at the surface, which gives the tire the ability to store water, then to precipitate its flow to greatly reduce the risks of skidding on the water film. The grooves are evenly distributed in the pattern and have indented faces like horns to expel water more quickly.
The half-sphere notches, like those on a golf ball, present on the sides of the circumferential grooves, significantly increase the pleasure of driving. With this innovation, sound emissions, whether inside or outside the cabin, are truly minimized. This pattern also reduces air resistance and lowers the rubber temperature, which generates greater resistance to deterioration.

These tyres are so underrated it is crazy. Tried many different ones. These are my value goto tyre on this car that are better than expensive branded ones.
Very good tyres on dry and wet surfaces, quiet and long-lasting. Watch out for cracks in the transition area between sidewall and tread after 30,000 km (2.5 years), which forces an early replacement before reaching the wear limit! Could this be normal on the front axle, which is subjected to greater load?
I would have written the review earlier, but you sent it to me in a foreign language. I have had other cars and have always driven solely on Nokian tyres, with which I am very satisfied, and the price is excellent.
Very good tires in terms of dry and wet road grip, may be slightly noisier than the firestone I had before but it's not catastrophic

Delighted with their performance, second set on the way. I will continue to buy this model as it has no rival in price quality. Size: 255/40R18 99Y. I mount them at the rear with Nokian Seasonproof 225/45R18 95Y at the front. With the x-drive, it drives perfectly without chains on snow-ice, even going to the ski slopes. I hope they last longer (max. 40000 km)... but then they wouldn't grip as well ;)

I had Pirelli before. I had enough of it. My winter tires are also from Nokian. I thought to try the summer Nokian type as well. So far I am satisfied. Quiet and good grip.
