The Pirelli Scorpion Winter 3 is a winter tyre specially developed for SUVs. Its structure and tread pattern are adapted to the weight and load constraints specific to this vehicle category, with the aim of ensuring stable, controlled and responsive driving on dry as well as wet winter roads.
On snow, its design prioritises traction and precise braking. A more rigid tread pattern also helps to maintain good performance on wet roads, while the patented “Snow Retention Teeth” technology promotes grip in snowy conditions.
The optimised contact patch contributes to consistent braking and handling performance over time, while also helping to deliver high mileage. The Scorpion Winter 3 is also designed to limit external noise emissions in order to improve driving comfort.
