Description

A new addition (2022) to Michelin's range of tires for scooters and mopeds, the City Extra is designed to meet the current needs of urban two-wheel travel. With an extended lifespan and improved grip on wet surfaces thanks to an adaptive and durable tread featuring Michelin Water Sipes, the City Extra also inherits the famous Michelin "overlap" puncture-resistant technology already present in its big brother, the City Pro, but enhanced. A robust and durable tire for moving and maneuvering around the city safely and agilely.

Two delivery options are available to you when placing your order:

Delivery to the address of your choice: you can bring your tyres to one of our partner centres to carry out the fitting service.

Delivery to a fitting station: the partner will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange an appointment and carry out the fitting service.

The partners' rates are indicated when placing your order. You can thus choose the most advantageous and convenient option.

Our partners

Shipping fees are waived for the purchase of a pair of tires and always free for motorcycle tires.

Tyre OK. It requires more right/left balancing, being less flat than an off-road tyre, and it is also very sensitive to camber, especially when overinflated; I inflate it to only 1.7 bar. It can be fitted tubeless on a Begode Master, but using a strap tightened well around the whole assembly to inflate it, and allowing a resting period with no force applied to it after the first fitting.

Perfect for all-weather driving on roads, paved tracks, grass and relatively dry soil. Not recommended for off-road use or muddy terrain.
