Description

The new Michelin Power 5 is designed for sports bikers and sports roadsters who use their machine on the road extensively. The strengths of the Power 5 are mileage and handling, whatever the season. The composition of the rubber (silica and carbon black, both very on trend) helps to keep the tyre durable while maximising its performance at any temperature. The tread pattern has been designed for maximum water drainage (11% AV/AR).

Delivery to the address of your choice: you can bring your tyres to one of our partner centres to carry out the fitting service.

Delivery to a fitting station: the partner will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange an appointment and carry out the fitting service.

The partners' rates are indicated when placing your order. You can thus choose the most advantageous and convenient option.

I’d unknowingly fitted them to my 2018 S1000RR and they lasted for ages. Now that my riding has improved, I’ve got the M1000R Competition and still had another tyre here, I carried on using it and I’m absolutely delighted. I’ll try something else afterwards, but with slightly lower pressure; at 54° of lean it grips brilliantly and covers plenty of kilometres. I didn’t like the factory tyre – it used to slide, whereas this one doesn’t slip as much on road markings or manhole covers. If the change isn’t muuuuuch better, I’ll definitely switch back to this one.

Very good grip in corners. Slightly less lifespan, but I gladly accept that... I prefer grip over lifespan with less grip. Better to buy an extra tyre than to have a motor repaired due to a slip from less grip...
