I will start with the good points of this tyre for daily use on a work commute throughout the year (purchased the front and rear at the same time in February and used until September, so I tested it in all weather and temperatures). On dry roads, it is better than the Michelin City Grip, more stable in curves and with good grip. Nothing to complain about except its shorter lifespan compared to the City Grip (I only got 6000km with the rear tyre before reaching the wear indicator, possibly more). HOWEVER, ON WET OR DAMP ROADS, IT'S A DISASTER!!! It slips when starting at traffic lights on certain patches I encounter on the road, and even at over 60km/h on some roads on my work commute, it skidded, even though I don't have a powerful bike. On white lines, it's like an ice rink; sure, white lines aren't known for good grip, but compared to the City Grip, it's night and day in terms of grip on wet or damp roads. It's really disappointing from Michelin and even potentially dangerous. It's impossible to take even a reasonable angle on wet roads; you don't feel confident at all, it's like driving on eggshells. I strongly advise against it if you want to use it daily and in all weather and seasons. However, if you only go out when it's dry, it's very good and even better than the City Grip. It's up to you, but I won't be buying it again. I'll stick with the City Grip, which is good all the time and has better longevity; I get 10,000km with the rear tyre compared to 6000km with this one.
