Description

This Pirelli motorcycle tyre Scorpion Rally STR 150/70 R18 70V (M+S, Rear) adapts to road and endure trails, for ON and OFF road rides. Technological innovations provide traction, high-speed stability, road handling and grip in all driving conditions. A new compound, with a high silica content, provides increased adhesion to dry and wet surfaces, stability and superior abrasion resistance for durability. Increasing the width and length of the tyre’s contour creates a wider contact patch for better stability. The blocks are longer and wider and the longitudinal distance between each row of studs has been reduced to increase the contact patch, without compromising off-road traction.

- Road - Regular - 250 km

On the first contact with the tire I felt the front a little less incisive, probably because I was used to the MT 60, then it was easy to adapt. I like the grip, but to have a better opinion I will have to do more kilometers.


- All terrain - Regular - 10000 km

The tire performed superbly in TET Albania. Also, the tire handles the round trip on asphalt roads excellently!!!


- All terrain - Regular - 1000 km

Great, had doubts with the Michelin tires, but I don't regret it... they really grip well. Let's see how long they last, because the rubber seems soft.


- Road - Regular - 9000 km

A top tire. Good mix for light off-road and road use. As expected with this profile, quite loud rolling noise.


- All terrain - Sporty

Great tire. No problems on the road, great in the wet (I'm always very paranoid about that) and generally fine off the paved roads. I'm not an off-roader, don't know 100% off-road, but for anyone who likes to ride everywhere with their enduro, it's a great tire. Rear tire mileage 11k km.


- All terrain - Sporty - 7200 km

This tyre was good on-road - it gripped well and lasted well. The Bridgestone AT41 was better in the wet, but didn't last as long (5000). This STR was a big disappointment off-road - grip for forward motion was good, but lateral grip was awful (which makes sense when you look at the design). For this reason, I will not buy it again. I'll try the Michelin Anakee next time.


- Road - Sporty - 8000 km

I am quite disappointed. Nothing to do with the tire itself but with the Reifen leader customer service. Did not expect that they sent me a tire which is already 2 years old!!!!! As a regular customer this is extremely disappointing.


- Road - Sporty - 12000 km

Exceptional kilometric duration, I've just reached 12000 km in two years. Excellent grip on both dry and wet road and allows you to go off-road quite easily.


- Road - Sporty - 10000 km

The tire is absolutely awesome. Mounted it overnight. I mounted it for our Albania tour. The handling is really great. With full load and passenger (altogether 410 kg) no problem. Just goes. But unfortunately, the rear tire's durability is not so exciting. After 4900 km, I already had a slight headache. I am now at 6000 km. Still mega on dry. How it performs in wet conditions (now) I will still see. I can only recommend it. I will buy it again, the Pirelli STR.


- Road - Sporty - 6500 km

The tire has good grip on wet asphalt. However, in dry conditions, when accelerating in turns, it quickly reaches the adhesion limits, so the traction control must intervene in all driving modes.
