Very attractive alloy wheels. Owing to the slightly lower offset value, the wheels sit a little wider than the original Mazda ones. Still within the legal tolerance, but enough to create a visual effect. They therefore fit the car very well.
I can only give five stars for ordering and delivery – everything was exactly as you would expect! The rims arrived really quickly and were packaged just as they should be, leaving nothing to complain about. The problems started when I looked for suitable tyres. The certificate does mention the MB S206 / R2CS, but my previously selected C200D needs at least a tyre with load index T94 on the rear axle because it’s 1,320 kg. It may be that the C180 comes in under the magic 1,300 kg limit on the rear axle, but I really don’t understand how a registration-free fitment is being suggested, not only here in the shop. I was at TÜV today and they couldn’t make sense of it either. You can’t really blame Reifenleader, as many shops list the rim as suitable for the vehicle in question, but if you can’t get tyres with at least load index T94, the purchase makes no sense! Mine are going back, unfortunately, as I have to cover the return shipping, and I’m curious to see how quickly the money will be refunded.
