I ordered a new wheel rim because my old one was out of balance; the ordering process was quick and straightforward. The rim arrived at my home very quickly (within two days), was flawlessly packaged and free from damage. I would readily recommend this retailer.
The product itself is excellent, nothing to criticise. Very high quality, exactly as I expected, I’m really satisfied with it. However, the website selling it is completely incompetent. The wrong item was sent (3 MAM B2 rims and 1 MAM RS4 rim), and the after-sales service is disastrous (one reply per day, no quick solution). Now I understand the low price: it’s not that the product is worth less, it’s that the service is non-existent. Buy elsewhere if you want to avoid hassle.
I ordered four MAM B2 wheels, which arrived very quickly and were very well packaged; however, out of the four wheels, two have already lost the stickers on their centre caps. Apart from this issue, the wheels remain good quality for the price.
