Ordered the rim new because my old one had an imbalance, the ordering process was quick and easy. The rim also arrived at my home very quickly (2 days) and was impeccably packaged and undamaged. I would only recommend this dealer.
The product itself is excellent, nothing to say. Very good quality, meets my expectations, I am really satisfied with the product. However, the site selling it is completely incompetent. A wrong reference sent (3 MAM B2 rims and 1 MAM RS4 rim), catastrophic after-sales service (one response per day, no quick solution). Now I understand the low price: it's not that the product is worth less, it's that the service is non-existent. Buy elsewhere if you want to avoid hassle.
I ordered 4 MAM B2 rims, received very quickly and very well packaged, however, out of 4 rims, 2 have already lost their stickers in the centre of the wheels. Apart from this issue, the rims remain good quality for the price.
