The only way to know whether the order is correct is when the mechanic receives the parts and fits them to the vehicle. Despite this process issue, it’s impossible to get a refund or even a discount on the second order. The call centre remains inflexible about the procedure, even though they understand the problem. Result: I’ve got four wheels on my hands. Conclusion: if you’re not familiar with the very complicated wheel/tyre specifications, it’s cheaper to go through the dealer because it avoids duplicate orders and repeated trips to the garage.
