ATG K.K. is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd., Japan. ATG K.K is based in Japan, with subsidiaries in strategically important locations around the world. ATG K.K and its subsidiaries are together referred to as the Alliance Tire Group (ATG).

ATG is one of the world market leaders in off-road tyres. It has three world renowned brands: Alliance, Galaxy and Primex. These brands are well known in the OHT (Off Highway Tyre) segment in many parts of the world and have been gradually grouped together under the ATG banner.

They are known for the ability to provide customers - both in the replacement parts market and in the original equipment market - with tyres designed for specific applications. From fields to mines as well as factories and forests, ATG offers solutions for the most diverse needs.

ATG operates in over 120 countries on 6 continents and generated worldwide revenues of over $630 million in 2018.

ATG has 3 production plants, one in Hadera, Israel ("ATI") and two in India ("ATC"): one in Tirunelveli, in the state of Tamil Nadu, and the other in Dahej, Gujarat. These products are manufactured in accordance with the strict quality standards that apply to all ATG products.

ATG owns world-class R&D (research & development) centres in Israel, North America and India. Thanks to the strategic location of these centres, ATG is able to understand the needs of farmers, business owners and other users of its products in every region of the world, which reinforces its aim of always providing bespoke solutions adapted to each specific need. This has led the ATG brands to become the favourites of equipment suppliers all over the world.
