The Continental VanContactWinter is a winter tyre designed for commercial vehicles. The optimised tread improves braking distance to reduce the risk of hydroplaning on wet, snowy or icy surfaces. Long tyre life thanks to a rugged design.
An optimized profile design provides the tire with a closer contact with the snow, resulting in greater friction, leading to shortened braking distances. The grooves and shoulder blocks significantly increase the crushing of snow crystals captured in the design, enhancing grip as well as traction on snowy ground.
The VanContactWinter has wide ribs allowing for rapid and optimal water drainage, greatly reducing the risks of aquaplaning. The enhanced stability of the tire induced by 3D sipes ensures a significant reduction in braking distances on wet ground.
The new rubber featuring silica minimizes energy losses while increasing rolling resistance.

Good tyres at a good price. Fast delivery.
This type of tyre was purchased with the vehicle, so I have already been using the same set for 50,000 kilometres. I recently bought one to replace one that was damaged during a particular trip. Although they have been in use for some time, I believe they can still be used for another 15,000 kilometres. Very good value for money.
