The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 is an ultra-high performance summer tire that is equally effective on dry and wet surfaces. It features an innovative resin rubber compound that greatly enhances the contact surface with the road; it literally sticks to the road, regardless of driving style or terrain or weather conditions (Contact Patch Technology / Dry Stability Plus) without any impact on rolling resistance. The Wet Braking Pro technology, which in addition to the flexible resin contains flexible lamellas, allows for more micro-contacts with the road to improve braking and handling on wet surfaces. Very good road holding, very quiet tyre, especially inside the cabin, with fuel consumption reduced by around 15–20% compared with my previous tyres.
Great tyres; I have been using them for a number of years, and they are brilliant in the wet. I live in Ireland, so it is pretty much always wet. If you have nice alloys and want rim protection, these are a good choice. I will be buying them again in the future.
So far, it’s okay.
The Eagle F1 has so far been an excellent summer tyre. In both wet and dry conditions, I always feel that my vehicle brakes strongly and has an enormous amount of grip on the road. It is also fairly quiet in terms of noise compared with my previous tyres. There is a very slight deduction for comfort, as the tyres feel very hard, but this is completely offset by the sense of safety they give me.
Very good tyre, although I have not yet been able to test it more thoroughly. Pleasantly quiet, good value for money.

Excellent tyre
I have been using the F1 on this car from the very beginning, from the Asymmetric 3 to the 6. I have only experienced good driving performance. I have only driven 1,000 km so far with the new Asymmetric 6 and, as always, I am very satisfied.
These tyres are super grippy in all conditions.
