The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 is an ultra-high performance summer tire that is equally effective on dry and wet surfaces. It features an innovative resin rubber compound that greatly enhances the contact surface with the road; it literally sticks to the road, regardless of driving style or terrain or weather conditions (Contact Patch Technology / Dry Stability Plus) without any impact on rolling resistance. The Wet Braking Pro technology, which in addition to the flexible resin contains flexible lamellas, allows for more micro-contacts with the road to improve braking and handling on wet surfaces. Excellent tyre, quiet and with good grip on asphalt as well as on cobblestones. I haven’t driven with it yet in truly wet conditions.
A very good tyre in all conditions. After about 3,000 km, everything is perfect. I will buy this tyre again.
Good tyres, wear varies depending on driving style; there is no really noticeable difference between winter and summer tyres...
At first glance, very precise.
The tyre’s A A A rating is justified. I do more miles in my electric vehicle, I feel more confident on wet roads, and there is a clear improvement in the tyre tread compared with the original fitment. I would buy them again without any regrets after seeing how many miles I will get out of them.
Very quiet and comfortable
A shocking amount of grip. More grip on wet roads with these tyres than I previously had with many other tyres on dry roads. On dry roads too, an enormous amount of grip, of course. I didn’t notice any problems with comfort or noise. In future, I’ll be looking for slightly cheaper tyres – this is a premium product that I don’t need.
