Launched in 2022, the Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart IV is a high-performance sport touring tire. The rubber compound has been improved, the tread pattern optimized, for exceptional grip on wet roads and better longevity. The Sportmax Roadsmart IV brilliantly inherits the JointLess Tread (JLT) and Multi-Tread (MT) technologies used by Dunlop in competition, for reduced wear and attenuated sound vibrations. The tire is more durable, for longer; the carcass construction techniques (DFF and CTCS) ensure better handling and stability.

78,000 km with Dunlop RoadSmart front/rear, the best choice for my bike.
The tyre has good grip in all weather conditions. I won’t go easy on it and I’m curious to see how it wears.

The tyre performs very well, light steering, good feedback, no tendency to straighten up when braking in corners.
Great tyre, it wears evenly and therefore doesn’t feel as unstable. I have a really good feeling with it and I prefer it a thousand times over the Pirelli Scorpion I had before. Even on cooler days, it grips superbly – it’s my favourite!!

The tyre is good; I ride more safely, especially in the rain, than with the Metzeler. The rear tyre arrived straight away, while the front tyre took strangely long to arrive...
Everything is fine
Fitted on a second motorcycle in their previous RoadSmart 3 version, the RS4 GT confirms that feeling. Nothing but good things!
For me, a top tyre. It warms up quickly, turns in very easily and has very good grip. I can't say anything about its performance in the wet yet, as I have only driven in the dry so far.
