Description

Launched in 2022, the Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart IV is a high-performance sport touring tire. The rubber compound has been improved, the tread pattern optimized, for exceptional grip on wet roads and better longevity. The Sportmax Roadsmart IV brilliantly inherits the JointLess Tread (JLT) and Multi-Tread (MT) technologies used by Dunlop in competition, for reduced wear and attenuated sound vibrations. The tire is more durable, for longer; the carcass construction techniques (DFF and CTCS) ensure better handling and stability.

Delivery to the address of your choice: you can bring your tyres to one of our partner centres to carry out the fitting service.

Delivery to a fitting station: the partner will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange an appointment and carry out the fitting service.

Anyone who believes Dunlop's claim that the Roadsmart IV is an improvement over the Roadsmart III, I can only warn you: the outstandingly excellent and harmonious steering behaviour of the Roadsmart III - especially in hairpin bends - is a thing of the past with the Roadsmart IV!! So, this tyre will never be on my rim again!! :-( Anyone currently looking for a sport touring tyre from Dunlop that offers superb steering behaviour and grip in all situations should opt for the Dunlop Mutant, although it may not be to everyone's taste aesthetically and may not be available in all sizes.

Nice tire, I first had Michelin Anakee 80/20 which make a lot of noise and steer less well (they fall a bit in the corner), these Dunlops steer much more confidently and evenly and are very quiet, recommended 👍

Was not delivered!!! No communication as to why, money refunded. Had to order from a competitor. As a planned tour was coming up, and this delivery also took a long time, I had to buy a different brand (Mezeler). It would have been good if I had been informed promptly about the unavailability.
