I’ve had these tyres for around 1,500 km. The running-in period is very quick and they inspire confidence very quickly. I did the first 500 kilometres in the rain and I always felt safe. I’ve also been able to do a few sporty rides and I’ve leaned over without a second thought. On the motorway at legal speeds, no issues either. The only negative point is that they’re a bit noisy from 80–90 km/h. I haven’t yet been able to try them off-road, but judging by the various feedback, there shouldn’t be any problem as long as it’s dry.
Customer service was good. Of the two orders, receiving this one took longer. I would also have changed the product to a different one before dispatch, which was not possible this time. The order status showed that it had not yet been dispatched, but apparently it had already been handed over to the carrier. The service was quick, clear and polite. I would have hoped for a discount on the next order, but I did not receive one this time.

Delivery was a bit slow—two weeks—and there was probably a courier error. On the other hand, customer service communication was definitely fast and efficient. Overall, satisfied.

A 10 out of 10; I would definitely buy them again. They perform really well in the dry, but what truly surprised me was in extreme rain at this time of year. I fitted them a year ago on the Kawa J300, which is more powerful and harsher, and now I’m buying them again for my son’s Kymco 125. I was previously using Michelin City Grip 2, and without hesitation I’m sticking with these Mitas.
