I can't say anything about mileage yet. I can't say anything about wet-weather performance yet either. The tyres feel very well balanced! Good grip, good feedback, very neutral turn-in response.
I’ve been riding on Mitas tyres for quite some time now, as their price-to-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. As a trial, I bought the Touring Force SP for the Ducati and I’m very happy with it for autumn and spring. Even in cool temperatures, the tyre does a good job. I’ve now also ordered the Touring Force SP for my BMW K12S. On the BMW, I used the Touring Force without the SP in 2024, and I wasn’t happy with it. Otherwise, I’ve already ridden the Mitas Sportforce + and the +EV on my bikes, and I’m very satisfied. They coped with everything I demanded of them. My mate was sceptical at first about the low-budget manufacturer, but after his first Mitas tyre he was very pleasantly surprised by the performance and convinced. I hope this has helped with the buying decision. Regards from Austria
I had some doubts about the quality of this front tyre, but during the first few kilometres riding with it they have been dispelled. I haven't ridden in the rain yet, nor do I know how many kilometres I'll do, but for now I'm completely satisfied.
The Mitas Touring Force tyre is impressive! Excellent value for money. Having used Dunlop, Bridgestone, Michelin, Pirelli and Metzeler, I have noticed no difference in grip compared with the premium brands. In my opinion, it's a very good choice. As I fit my own tyres, I hardly needed any balancing weights – proof, I think, of good manufacturing. I'll be fitting Mitas on my other bikes. This set was installed on a BMW S 1000 XR and delivers complete satisfaction on this sporty road-trail machine—or rather, a raised sports bike would be a more accurate description! For the record: after more than 30 years riding hypersport bikes, my road riding remains fairly sporty and the Mitas Touring Force doesn’t bat an eyelid. In my view, these tyres would suit Sport GTs, GTs (not the SP version, the other spec) and Roadsters. This was my first trial of the brand and it was highly convincing.
