I sent a complaint by email. No response. I did receive information, but I don't know what the connection is. I am supposed to go to "view request" and describe the problem. On your site, there is no "view request". On the second use, one chain elongated and is unusable. I sent a photo by email, here I don't see this option. I request the replacement of the chain.
