I sent a complaint by email. No response. I did receive some information, but I don't know how it's related. I am supposed to go to "see the request" and describe the problem.. On your site, there is no "see the request". Upon the second use, one chain elongated and is no longer usable. I emailed a picture, but I don't see that option here.
