Regarding the rims: excellent and very good-looking. I would definitely buy them again. As for the order handling: it arrived partly wrong (three rims in the correct size and one in a smaller size). A replacement was not possible due to warehouse logistics. They processed the return in about two days, without prior notice, but told me to place a new order. I am still waiting, hopefully, for the refund, and the “new” rim cost about a dozen euros more than the one initially ordered. If you don’t have the bad luck I had, it’s highly recommended. Otherwise, be prepared for some hassle with customer support that works only via a ticketing system. I give 3 stars instead of 5 solely because of this inconvenience, and I’m ready to update the rating as soon as I’m refunded.
Everything was fine, only the delivery took a bit longer—about two weeks—and the tracking was unclear, all in Italian. In the end, however, the goods arrived without any problems, impeccably packaged!
Satisfied, fits the car, price acceptable
The inexpensive rims were delivered promptly and free of charge to the fitting partner, where they were mounted perfectly. They look great on my car. I would buy tyres and rims from ‘Reifenleader’ again at any time and have them fitted at ‘Car-Klinik’ in Brunn am Gebirge. Rudolf
