Ordered 6 tyres, 5 of them were delivered and one completely different. Endless email exchanges to explain the issue that I am still missing a tyre. After three weeks, the incorrectly delivered tyre was finally collected. To this day, I have neither received the missing tyre nor a refund. Only an AI responds to my inquiries, and unfortunately, there is no telephone support at all. Top-notch customer service. Once and never again, that's for sure!!!
