Description
The TRX, designed as early as 1975 by Michelin, is the first so-called "low profile" tire. TR stands for tension spread, as this technology allows for a more uniform distribution of tension throughout the carcass. Let's remember that this TRX tire particularly shone in Formula 1 by equipping Alain Prost's Renault, but also on the tracks of the world rally championship with several legendary vehicles such as Audi Quattro, 205 Turbo 16, R5 Turbo.
