Description
The new Michelin Power Cup 2 is even more suitable for track driving than the Power 5 and the Power GP. The design teams of the Michelin Power Cup 2 primarily had track use in mind, but its design and composition allowed it to obtain road approval. However, it remains a tire designed for the track, with a grooving rate (4% front / 5% rear) which allows for stronger grip on dry surfaces, but makes water evacuation difficult. The shoulders are also very marked "slick" type and the rear tire benefits from a rubber compound specialized for the track. Therefore, it is a tire that allows you to get the most out of your motorcycle on the track, while still benefiting from road approval. The Power Cup 2 is therefore less adaptable than the Power GP, but its track performance is much better.
A rubber mainly intended for the track, thanks to the Michelin 2CT compound at the front and Michelin 2CT+ at the rear.
Approval for road driving thanks to its grooving rate of 4% at the front and 5% at the rear.
"Premium Touch Technology" on the sides.

- Road - Sporty - 13000 km
Works perfectly !!
- Racing track - Sporty - 600 km
Perfect for trackdays - holds up well at 55 degrees track temperature in Brünn. Also nice and sticky on the road - level equal to Supercorsa but lasts longer.
- Racing track - Sporty
The manufacturer indicates that tire warmers are not necessary. But this is absolutely wrong. Perhaps on a 35 degree day? but on cooler days before the tires reach temperature, you risk cold tear! If you have tire warmers, there is no problem, without warmers wrong tires!
- Road - Sporty - 900 km
It really suits me well, it never scares me or anything like that. The only downside that can be put on it is that if you are fast, it wears out in 900 kilometers, but for me, safety has a price. Good tire.

I use the tire for Trackdays and on the road Perfect on track if you don't want to use tire warmers but want to roll with semi-slicks. Perfect for the road even in very sporty conditions Rollable on wet surfaces, but in case of rain and water, I lack confidence because it has no silica and is semi-slick.
- Racing track - Sporty
Good tire so far the best from the manufacturer's range for off-road driving at amateur level. The price also justifies itself.
- Racing track - Sporty
Very good for use on the racetrack, no problems with warming up, grip, etc. Slicks are naturally better or faster.
- Mountain - Sporty - 4000 km
Fast and professional
- Highway - Sporty - 50 km
The best tires I have tried so far, these tires have enormous grip, the lifespan of these tires will not be high, but that's why I didn't buy them. Highly recommended for those who lean hard in the corners. I also have a lean angle sensor and it showed me a maximum of 56°.
- Racing track - Sporty
Ideal tire for the track, forget about the road. Allows to ride on dry track. Grip very close to a slick and identical behavior for a more affordable price. I no longer fit anything but these tires.
