FAQ : All about my order

As soon as your order is placed and recorded on our website, we send you a confirmation email with all the summary information:

• Name and surname.
• Full billing address.
• Full delivery address.
• Order details.
• Price breakdown.
• Method of payment.

You can therefore ensure that each of the elements has been entered correctly and contact us in the event of an order or delivery error.

To do this, go to "my account", "Contact us".

A TyreLeader advisor will get back to you by email as quickly as possible.

As soon as your payment has been received:

• We prepare the tyres at our warehouse.
• We take care of the packaging and labelling of tyres for transport.
• We dispatch your package immediately.

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you notice an error when you receive your order confirmation by email, we recommend that you contact us via the "contact us" tab in your customer account.

This will allow our customer service team to quickly take into account the changes to be made.

This means we can avoid sending tyres that:

• Must be cancelled.
• Do not meet your needs.

And also:

• Change the delivery address.
• Change the size, model or season.

Unfortunately, once the tires have been dispatched, we can no longer make any changes.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us from your account on our website via "contact us".

We will then be able to review your request and respond to it before dispatching your tyres.

In the event that you've already received your tyres but wish to return them due to a size or selection error, we ask you to make your request via our website in the "my account" tab.

We'll then be able to review your request and take the necessary action.

Once you place an order, we give you an order number that allows us to keep track of all its stages and updates.

This number is therefore very important, and you'll need it each time you get in touch with us.
